It was spice!! The owner said they were time ,Oregano and sesami.....
According to him, in Israel and Lebanon, they mix spice and oliveoil!
It was so nice to know about that! I love spice and oliveoil!
This way of eating is perfect for me!! What I have passion for has been combined together!!

オリーブオイルの味見用のパンに何かが振り掛けられている！
スパイスだ！ 店員の方によると、このスパイスはオレガノ、タイム、ゴマなどらしい。
イスラエルやレバノンでは、オリーブにスパイスを混ぜてよく食べられているらしい。
これは、スパイスとオリーブオイルが同じぐらい好きな私には、完璧な食べ方だ！

ソマーグは酸味があるハーブで、ゆかりにに似ている。
